1. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. You must be at least 18 years old to use the interest list; the rest of the website is general information.

2. Who we are

The website is operated by Mark Viter, 31 Syretska Street, Kyiv, 04073, Ukraine (“we”, “us”), for the planned Little Hooves Resort & Casino. You can contact us at [email protected].

3. What the website provides

This is an informational website about a resort project in development. It describes the planned estate, the planned Little Hooves Rescue and the region, and it offers a way to join the interest list by email.

• The website does not accept bookings or reservations, and it does not take payments.
• It does not accept donations or sponsorships, and it does not handle requests to rehome animals.
• It does not offer gambling of any kind, and nothing on it is an offer to gamble.
• There are no user accounts, and nothing you type is stored on the website.

4. Intellectual property

The texts, artist’s impressions, graphics, logo, layout and code of the website belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. The name “Little Hooves” and the LH monogram are used by us as identifiers of the project.

You may view the website and print or save pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may share links to it. You may not copy, publish, sell or adapt its content, or use our name, logo or images in a way that suggests a connection with us, without our written permission.

The typefaces Fraunces and Manrope are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Other names mentioned on the website belong to their respective owners.

5. Acceptable use

When you use the website, you must not:

• break any law, or help anyone else to do so;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected system;
• interfere with the website, for example by overloading it, or introduce malware;
• scrape or copy the content in bulk, or use it to train automated systems, without our permission;
• send us spam, harassing messages or content that is unlawful or infringes someone else’s rights;
• pretend to be someone else, or join the interest list on behalf of another person without their agreement.

6. What you send us

When you send us a message through the interest list form or by email, you confirm that the information is accurate, that you are entitled to share it and that it does not break any law. You allow us to use it to reply to you and, if you have consented, to send you project news.

Please do not send confidential information, ideas you wish to keep exclusive, or sensitive personal data. If you send us suggestions about the project, we may use them freely and without payment, but we will never publish your name or message without your permission.

7. Security

We take reasonable care to keep the website free of malicious code and to serve it over a secure connection. You are responsible for your own devices and software, and we recommend keeping your browser and security tools up to date. If you find a security problem on the website, please report it to [email protected] rather than testing it further.

8. Accuracy of information

We work to keep the website accurate, but it describes a project that is still being designed. Images are artist’s impressions. Areas, capacities, room types, facilities and dates are planned and may change or be dropped. The gaming lounge is subject to licensing, and the opening date is to be announced. Nothing on the website is an offer, a guarantee or a promise that any feature will be provided.

9. Links to other websites

The website links to a small number of external websites, such as Hjelpelinjen and the websites of public authorities. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not mean that we endorse the website or its owner.

10. Availability and disclaimer

The website is provided free of charge and “as is”. We do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change, suspend or withdraw it at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the website beyond those set out in these terms.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or your reliance on its content, including any decision to travel, invest or make plans based on the planned resort. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to losses that were reasonably foreseeable.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Responsibility for misuse

If you deliberately misuse the website or break these terms, and this causes us loss or leads to a claim against us, you may be responsible for that loss to the extent the law allows. This does not apply to ordinary use of the website as a consumer.

13. Suspending access

We may block access to the website from a device or network, or stop responding to messages from an address, if we reasonably believe it is being used in breach of these terms or to harm the website or others.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when reservations open. The effective date at the top shows the current version, and the version published when you use the website applies to that use.

15. Severability

If a court or authority decides that any part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the terms will remain in effect.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country where the law allows it.
