Terms and Conditions

1. About these terms

The interest list is run by Mark Viter, 31 Syretska Street, Kyiv, 04073, Ukraine (“we”, “us”). By joining it, you accept these terms. If you have a question about them, write to [email protected].

2. Project status

Little Hooves Resort & Casino is a planned resort in development in Nordfjord, Norway. It has not been built, it is not operating, and it does not accept guests or reservations. Everything described on the website is a plan that may change.

3. What the interest list is, and is not

The interest list is a way to hear from us about the project and to be told when reservations open. Joining it is free.

Joining the interest list:

• is not a booking, a reservation or an offer, and does not create a contract for accommodation or any other service;
• does not require, and will never involve, a payment or deposit;
• does not give you priority, guaranteed availability, special prices or any other promised terms.

The option you choose under “Interested in” helps us understand what people are looking forward to. It does not hold a room, a date or a place.

4. The Little Hooves Rescue

The Little Hooves Rescue is a planned home for older and rescued Norwegian Fjord horses. No horses are in our care yet. This website and the interest list do not accept donations, sponsorships, requests to rehome horses or offers to hand over animals, and joining the list creates no obligations of any kind in relation to animals, for you or for us.

5. Information on the website

All images are artist’s impressions. Layouts, room types, areas, capacities, facilities, materials and finishes are planned figures and descriptions, and they may change during design, permitting and construction. Please do not rely on them as a promise of what will be provided.

6. The gaming lounge

The entertainment and gaming lounge is subject to licensing. Land-based casinos are not currently licensed in Norway, and we give no guarantee that gaming will ever be offered at Little Hooves. Nothing on the website or in our emails is an offer or promotion of gambling.

7. Opening date

The opening date is to be announced and depends on planning, permits, financing and construction. We cannot guarantee that the resort will open on any particular date, or at all.

8. Project news and leaving the list

If you gave consent, we will send occasional project news by email. You can leave the list at any time by writing to [email protected] or replying to any of our emails. Removal is handled by hand, and we will confirm it within one month at the latest. How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

9. Future bookings

When reservations open, booking terms, cancellation rules and prices will be published before anyone can book. Those terms will apply to any booking; these terms will not.

10. Age requirements

The interest list is for adults aged 18 and over. The planned gaming lounge, if licensed, will admit only adults aged 18 and over who can show valid photo identification.

11. Intellectual property

The content of the website and of our emails belongs to us or our licensors. The rules on how it may be used are set out in the Terms of Service.

12. Liability

Because the interest list is free and creates no contract for services, we are not liable for any loss arising from changes to the project, delays, a decision not to open, or the absence of a gaming licence. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

13. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural events, extreme weather, war, public health emergencies, changes in law or decisions of public authorities.

14. Complaints

If you are unhappy with anything related to the interest list, write to [email protected]. We will acknowledge your complaint within 14 days and aim to reply in full within 30 days. More information, including the consumer bodies you can contact, is on our Legal Information page.

15. Governing law and your rights as a consumer

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you are a consumer, this choice does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live, and it does not affect your right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country where the law allows it.

The European Commission’s online dispute resolution (ODR) platform closed in July 2025. Consumers in Norway and the EU can still get help from the consumer bodies listed on our Legal Information page.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the project develops. The effective date at the top shows the current version. If a change affects you significantly, we will tell people on the interest list by email.
