3. Hosting

This website is hosted by an external hosting provider, which acts as our processor under a data processing agreement. Its role is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Project status

  • Little Hooves Resort & Casino is a planned resort in development in Nordfjord, Norway. It has not been built and is not operating.
  • No bookings or reservations are accepted. The opening date is to be announced.
  • All images on this website are artist’s impressions: digitally created visualisations of the planned estate, not photographs of an existing place. Layouts, areas and finishes may change during construction.
  • The entertainment and gaming lounge is subject to licensing. Land-based casinos are not currently licensed in Norway, and there is no guarantee that gaming will be offered.

5. Statement on the Little Hooves Rescue

The Little Hooves Rescue is a planned home for older and rescued Norwegian Fjord horses. No horses are in our care yet. We do not collect donations or sponsorships, and we do not accept requests to rehome or hand over animals. When the rescue opens, it will operate in line with the Norwegian Animal Welfare Act (dyrevelferdsloven) and under the supervision of the Norwegian Food Safety Authority (Mattilsynet).

7. Responsible gaming

The planned gaming lounge will be open only to adults aged 18 and over. Gaming should always be a choice, never a way to solve problems. If gambling stops being fun for you or someone close to you, free and confidential help is available in Norway from Hjelpelinjen on 800 800 40 or at hjelpelinjen.no.

8. Complaints

Please send any complaint to [email protected], describing the issue and how you would like it resolved. We will acknowledge it within 14 days and aim to reply in full within 30 days. Complaints about personal data can also be taken to a supervisory authority, as described in our Privacy Policy.

If we cannot resolve a consumer complaint together, you can get free advice from the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) and bring a case to the Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrukerklageutvalget). If you live elsewhere in the EEA, the European Consumer Centre in your country can help with cross-border issues.

The European Commission’s online dispute resolution (ODR) platform closed in July 2025, so we do not link to it.

9. Corrections and language

We review the information on this website regularly as the project develops. If you notice a factual error, please write to [email protected]; we will correct it promptly, and significant changes to our legal documents are reflected in their effective dates.

The website is published in English, using British spelling. If a translation of any document is ever provided, the English version will prevail.

10. Accessibility

We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. It can be used with a keyboard, has visible focus indicators and a skip link, provides text alternatives for images, lets you pause the moving hero images and respects your device’s reduced-motion setting.
